LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- The Walt Disney Company and Formula 1 are bringing magic to the Las Vegas Grand Prix this November.

For the first time, maestro Mickey Mouse will take the stage in front of the Fountains of Bellagio for a live Disney performance featuring music, lights, and pyrotechnics. The Disneyland Band will also perform the national anthem on race day to mark 70 years of Disney magic.

Disney icons Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy and Pluto will have special appearances throughout race week.

The magic won’t stop at the track. Disney characters will join a special community day for local kids in Las Vegas and make a pitlane appearance before qualifying, with select ticket holders getting a closer look at the teams in action.
