WASHINGTON (Reuters) -A U.S. federal judge on Tuesday ordered the top U.S. Border Patrol official overseeing an immigration crackdown in Chicago to appear in court every weekday until a November 5 hearing following allegations that agents unnecessarily used violent force and tear gas.
