This upcoming indie game is putting a unique spin on Animal Crossing’s cutesy, life-sim vibes (by, naturally, blending the genre with horror).

What do you get when you blend a life-sim like Animal Crossing with the type of gore and horror you’d expect to see in your average Resident Evil game?

Personally it’s not a question that I’d ever thought to ask, but I’m glad the developers behind Fractured Blooms are.

I’ve had my eye on this one for quite a while now, and one of the main reasons I'm excited for this one is the publisher that's behind it; Serenity Forge.

These guys have published some of the best indie games to come out of the last decade, including a few that I consider all-time greats, such as Doki Doki Literature Club Plus!, Slay the Princess, and Tacoma.
