Kelsey Grammer has welcomed his eighth child, and it’s a boy.

The 70-year-old “Frasier” star announced his latest baby news on the “Pod Meets World” podcast on Monday. The boy, named Christopher, is Grammer’s fourth with his wife, Kayte Walsh.

“We just had our fourth one, it just became eight kids,” Grammer said. ”It was like three days ago. Christopher has just joined the family. Pretty cool. Yeah, isn’t that lovely?”

The couple is also parents to Faith, 12, and sons Gabriel, 10, and James, 8.

The actor also has four older children from previous relationships, including two with ex-wife Camille Grammer.

In May, Grammer told People he may have made some mistakes with his older children, adding that he’s been “playing catch up.”
