PINE BLUFF, Ark. — Pine Bluff police are investigating after a 14-year-old boy was shot and injured on the afternoon of October 26 on South Cherry Street.
According to reports, the boy was shot in the right palm and transported to Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock for treatment.
The boy told police that he and his friends noticed a white Dodge Challenger following them after they left a store.
They arrived at a church parking lot at South Elm Street and West 22nd Avenue, and a male wearing a “half mask” and a white or brown hoodie with the word “BOOM” written on it began shooting at them. The boy stated the suspect fired at least two rounds.
