With early voting for the 2025 Texas Constitutional Amendment Election nearing its end, turnout in Potter and Randall counties remains low — a pattern typical of off-year elections focused solely on constitutional measures.
Through Monday, Oct. 27 — the eighth day of early voting — only about 3,100 ballots had been cast across both counties. Randall County reported 2,282 total votes, including 874 in person, while Potter County recorded 863, with 615 cast in person, according to county election offices.
