Virginia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Abigail Spanberger outraised her Republican competitor, Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears , by more than $2 million in the last campaign finance reports filed before Election Day.
Between Oct. 1 and Oct. 23, Spanberger raised $11.73 million compared to Earle-Sears’s $9.5 million, according to the Virginia Public Access Project , which posted finance reports after the 11:59 p.m. deadline on Monday.
