The long-awaited opening of Marrow in the Market, a 14,000-square-foot restaurant and butcher shop in Eastern Market will happen next month.

Billed as a "Butcher's Brasserie," the new destination has a meat processing facility, butcher shop, two bars, a dining room and private event space. It is the latest project from Marrow, an award-winning restaurant and boutique butcher shop in Detroit's West Village.
