BEL AIR, Md. —
A Harford County car dealership group is donating $20 million to the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health — the largest gift in the hospital's history.
In part, the hospital plans to rebrand and expand services at seven primary care centers across Harford County thanks to the donation from Jones Junction Automotive Group.
"This $20 million investment is more than a donation, it is a commitment to healthier families, stronger businesses and a more vibrant community," University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health President Aaron Rabinowitz said in a statement.
