EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — An Evansville man has been arrested and charged after a deadly crash that happened in June.

On June 17, police say they were dispatched to the area of Weinbach Avenue and Keck Avenue for a crash with injuries.

At the scene, officers found Roosevelt McNeil lying in the road with injuries.

EPD says 33-year-old Dustin Roxbury told investigators he was driving down Weinbach Avenue when he felt like he ran over a large object, then looked in his mirror and saw a man in the road.

Officers say Roxbury consented to a blood draw and that McNeil passed away from his injuries at the hospital.
