NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Federal attorneys representing the next death row inmate scheduled to be executed in Tennessee are suing the state for allegedly not allowing them access to execution records.
Federal Defender Services of Eastern Tennessee (FDSET) is representing Harold Wayne Nichols, who is set to be executed on December 11.
