YOUNGSTOWN The Mahoning County Coroner has identified the body of a man found in a ditch in Youngstown earlier in October.

The Coroner's Office says the remains of 41-year-old Samuel Rodrigeuz Hernandez were found in a ditch along Nelson Avenue on October 19.

An autopsy was conducted at the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office. There is no word yet on Hernandez's cause of death.

The incident remains under investiation by the Youngstown Police Department and the Mahoning County Coroner's Office.
