What has seemed apparent for months is now official: The PGA Tour Champions will not have an event in the Coachella Valley in 2026.

The tournament known as the Galleri Classic, played at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage the last three years, is not on the PGA Tour Champions schedule announced Tuesday. But tour officials continue to hope that the circuit for players 50 and older will return to the desert perhaps as early as 2027.
