Belair National Park’s beloved adventure playground is getting a major upgrade, with renovations currently underway to create a more inclusive, accessible, and sustainable play space for families to enjoy.
The redevelopment will see the old metal-framed structure replaced with modern equipment designed for children of all abilities. Among the new additions are three slides, a climbing rope pyramid, monkey bars, three swings, a rock-climbing wall, and an emu rocker. The playground will also include accessible features such as a trampoline, nest swing, story board, xylophone, and non-verbal communications board.
