Kim Kardashian is staying on top of her health.

After sharing that she was diagnosed with a small brain aneurysm during the premiere episode of "The Kardashians," Kardashian offered a glimpse into how she feels currently.

“You’ll see in the next episode I did go and get a Prenuvo scan,” Kardashian said Oct. 28 on " Good Morning America ," “And I had to end up going and getting tons of other brain scans at Cedars-Sinai [Medical Center] with all the team.”

She added, “And so, just tune in next week, but everything works out.”

And while Kardashian didn’t go into further details about her scan results, she emphasized the importance of knowing the ins and outs about your health.
