Dylan Browne McMonagle was thrust into the racing spotlight at the age of just 12 and it is there he has remained for much of the last decade, capped by a first Irish Flat jockeys' championship success confirmed earlier this week.

Browne McMonagle landed the prestigious Dingle Derby in 2015 before even entering his teens while he was front and centre in a brilliant racing documentary, called Five Stone Of Lead , that captured the pubic imagination.
