DUNMORE, Pa. — It is one of PennDOT's biggest projects right now —the six-year, $118 million Twin Bridge project on Interstate-84 in Dunmore — and students at Mid-Valley Elementary School have been following along since the beginning.

"Going every year and seeing the progress, and now it's close to being done. We were there pretty much when it started, just to see that process is pretty incredible," said 6th-grade math teacher Sean Sholtes, Mid Valley Elementary.

It's a two-year process for Mid-Valley Elementary students interested in STEM. For the past 5 years, 6th-grade math teacher Sean Sholtes has been bringing 5th graders to the job site and then bringing them back again in 6th grade.
