PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A ridge of high pressure will keep the 90s in the forecast for the next couple of days.
A comfortable evening is on the way, with overnight lows in the mid-60s. For the higher terrain around the Valley, breezes will pick up overnight with gusts of 20-30 mph possible.
On Wednesday, a backdoor cold front will bring a bit of a breeze to the Valley. Expect winds from the east at 5-15 mph with occasional gusts around 20 mph. Highs will once again top out in the low 90s.
Thursday will be a tad cooler with highs in the upper 80s to around 90. For Halloween, while it’s a close call, it looks like we will be able to make it back to the upper 80s! Expect dry, mild conditions for Trick-or-Treating, with mid-80s early in the evening and low 70s by around 9 p.m.
