SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) - SNAP benefits will be cut off on November 1, impacting tens of thousands of Upstate families.

In Spartanburg, a community resource fair Tuesday was connecting people to support.

The Dr. T.K. Gregg Community Center was buzzing with activity as city officials and local groups put together a free resource fair providing information on everything from financial stability to food security.

“At this time and even beyond, we look to be a hub of information here at our community centers," said Kim Brown with the City of Spartanburg. "There are a number of areas being covered [including] education, financial stability, food security."
