The Buffalo Bills announced a trio of roster moves on Tuesday, October 28, signing two practice squad players to the 53-man active roster, and placing another on Injured Reserve (IR). Safety Jordan Poyer and defensive tackle Jordan Phillips have now been promoted to the team’s active roster, following stints as game-day call-ups to start in recent weeks.
The Bills also placed defensive tackle Ed Oliver on IR in the wake of a torn biceps injury he suffered against the Carolina Panthers in Week 8. Oliver could potentially return later this season, something to which he’s made intimations about on social media regarding a playoff run.
