JAMMU, Oct 28: Jammu and Kashmir Police in Domana area have arrested a drug peddler and recovered 7 grams of heroin-like substance from his possession.

A police official said during a special naka placed at Muthi, a vehicle (JK02CD-3285) was intercepted for checking.

On search, he said, 7 grams of heroin-like substance was recovered from the possession of the occupant of the vehicle, identified as Sahil Kumar of Pargwal.

Accordingly, the police official said that the accused was booked in case FIR number 229/2025 under sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Domana and further investigation taken up.
