RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- These tiny patients are all set for Halloween thanks to the kindness of Richmond neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) nurses.
Babies receiving care in the NICU of the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Children’s Hospital in Richmond were dressed up in the cutest storybook-themed costumes for Halloween.
These costumes, which were handmade by NICU nurses, are an annual tradition. In 2024, the theme was food, with those babies looking so "sweet" dressed up as fruit slices, M&Ms, Dippin' Dots and more.
From Winnie the Pooh to Fancy Nancy to Dr. Seuss, keep scrolling to check out some of the cutest costumes you'll see this spooky season.
