The Ottawa police are asking for help from the public as they look for a 27-year-old woman who was using crutches to walk when she went missing on Monday. Article content

Julia Etuangat was last seen in the area of Richmond Road and Carling Avenue on Oct. 27. At the time, she was wearing a grey jacket with “FOX” on the corner, black Nike pants, and black and green shoes. Article content Article content

She was described by police as Indigenous, five feet tall, with a medium-thin build and long, straight blond hair.
