DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) -- A Dothan teen is facing burglary charges after police claim they broke into a non-profit organization.

Dothan Police were notified of the break-in at the non-profit in the 900 block of Sixth Avenue on Sunday, October 26.

Police say an employee at the organization noticed that gaming consoles were missing from the building and told officers there had been previous break-ins.

During the investigation, the suspect in the break-in was identified as a 14-year-old.

According to DPD, the teen allegedly admitted to investigators to breaking into the organization through a window and stealing the gaming consoles.

The consoles were later found in a home within two blocks of the non-profit organization.
