BUFFALO, N.Y. — On Tuesday, Buffalo Common Councilmembers talked about a letter from the city comptroller where she suggests using part of the rainy day fund to cover the budget deficit.
One of the first things they brought up was the fact that they don’t know how much money she’s talking about. They’ve heard figures ranging from $2.1 million to $7 million.
