A search is underway for a missing senior in Fraser Lake, B.C.
RCMP say 82-year-old Wilma Friesen was last seen visiting a friend in Fraser Lake at around 3 p.m. PT on Monday.
Friesen told her friend she was going grocery shopping before heading home, police say. She was reported missing by her husband.
A search is underway with volunteers scouring forestry roads and highways around the community, which is located about 150 kilometres west of Prince George along Highway 16.
