PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - Judges in the 9th Circuit Court have voted to rehear a previous decision on President Donald Trump’s appeal to deploy federal troops in Portland.

According to a new court filing on Tuesday evening, the previous decision by the court has been vacated.

The first temporary restraining order blocking the deployment of troops in Portland during the ongoing case remains in effect.
