SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Schenectady County Courthouse was evacuated on Tuesday after a bomb threat was made against the Schenectady County District Attorney's Office. The anonymous threat was made just before noon through a phone call to the office of the Schenectady police chief.
The building was evacuated as a precautionary measure, and multiple law enforcement agencies along with K9 units conducted a search of the courthouse and surrounding areas. Police said nothing was found.
The investigation into the threat is ongoing as police work to identify who called in the threat.
