CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A 27-year-old man is dead after he was hit while riding his motorcycle on West 25th near the I-71 South entrance ramp on Monday.

The accident happened around 940 p.m.

According to police, the motorcyclist was traveling north on West 25th when the suspect’s vehicle, traveling northbound, turned left and they collided.

The driver of the vehicle took off after the crash.

There is no description of the suspect’s vehicle at this time.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.
