Dallas’ dining scene is once again in the international spotlight. The 2025 Michelin Guide awarded two Dallas restaurants with its coveted stars, one of the highest honors in the culinary world.

French-Italian restaurant Mamani, which opened less than two months ago, earned its first Michelin star during a ceremony held Tuesday night at Houston’s Wortham Theater Center. The Deep Ellum restaurant Tatsu Dallas also retained its one-star status for the second year in a row.
