Vancouver police are searching for a 51-year-old woman who has also been reported missing in Miami, Florida.

On Tuesday, Vancouver police reported Kristin Balter was last seen on Monday in Kitsilano just before 7:30 p.m. on West Broadway, between Blenheim and Waterloo, when she asked to use a bystander’s phone.

Kristin is 5-foot-3, has a slim build, blonde hair and was last seen wearing a hospital gown and a head-covering made from a pillowcase.

Vancouver police are asking anyone who sees Balter not to approach her and call 9-1-1 immediately.

On Oct. 17, the Miami Police Department in Florida said Balter had been reported missing from downtown Miami. At that point, she was seen wearing a long floral dress.
