The week-long 31st Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF) will commence on November 6. Poland will be the spotlight country for the film festival this time, with 19 Polish films set to be screened.

Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Aroop Biswas, along with representatives of the film industry and actors Prosenjit Chatterjee, Indranil Sen, Haranath Chakraborty, Shantanu Basu, Koel Mallick, and June Malia, unveiled the festival’s lineup at a press conference at Kolkata ’s Rabindra Sadan on Tuesday.

The festival will commemorate the birth centenaries of film legends Ritwik Ghatak, Guru Dutt, Santosh Dutta, Raj Khosla, Salil Chowdhury, and Richard Burton.
