CEOs of Indian companies are far more confident about business growth of their companies than they were last year. As much as 83% of them have confidence in positive growth in the next three years despite global headwinds, up from 68% last year, according to KPMG.
In comparison, the confidence among their global peers have grown only marginally to 79% from 76% in 2024.
Yezdi Nagporewalla, CEO, KPMG India, said the sentiment reflects the resilience Indian businesses have built in response to various disruptions in the past.
