LOS ANGELES -- It was a spooky night in the "Dancing with the Stars" ballroom... and not just for the latest couple that was eliminated! Week seven of the hit reality competition series hosted a Halloween-themed night.

The nine remaining couples performed haunting routines in a variety of styles, then the couples returned to the dance floor to earn extra points by taking part in a dance marathon, or rather, a "monster-thon!"

There was drama in the ballroom when we learned film and TV actress Elaine Hendrix had injured herself during rehearsal earlier in the day. She said she felt like her muscle twisted under her ribs and was taken away from the ballroom on a stretcher.
