Benton woman jailed after arrest outside Calvert City Fire Department

A Benton woman was taken into custody last Thursday after causing a disturbance outside the Calvert City Fire Department.

Calvert City Police said the woman, 40-year-old Timisha N. Brandon, was found on top of one of the fire trucks that firemen were washing. Investigators said Brandon was munbling and not making sense.

She was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances and possession of marijuana.
