ATLANTA — A custom $180,000 Range Rover belonging to NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal was reported stolen in Georgia earlier this month. The Lumpkin County Sheriff's Office is actively investigating the theft, which occurred at a local fabrication business.

Authorities believe the vehicle was taken and subsequently transported to the metro Atlanta area last week. The Range Rover was intended for O'Neal's use during a visit to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for a Louisiana State University basketball game, but it never reached its destination.

Investigators have identified several potential suspects and have secured multiple search warrants in connection with the case. A representative from Effortless Motors, the California-based company that customized the vehicle, stated that FirstLine Trucking LLC, the firm responsible for transporting the SUV, reported a hacking incident that may have compromised their system.

The Range Rover was specifically modified to accommodate O'Neal's height of 7 feet 1 inch, along with various other enhancements. Effortless Motors is offering a reward of $10,000 for any information that could assist law enforcement in recovering the stolen vehicle.

The investigation is ongoing as authorities continue to search for leads in this high-profile case.
