New Delhi, Oct 29: The Indian and Chinese armies held a fresh round of high-level military talks aimed at maintaining peace and stability along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in eastern Ladakh, the Chinese Defence Ministry said on Wednesday.
According to the statement, the 23rd round of Corps Commander-level talks took place on October 25 at the Moldo-Chushul border meeting point on the Indian side of the frontier. The discussions focused on the management of the western sector of the China-India boundary.
“The two sides engaged in active and in-depth communication on managing the western section of the China-India border,” the ministry’s readout said.
