Srinagar, Oct 29: CM Omar Abdullah proposed a resolution in the Legislative Assembly today for the establishment of a National Law University in J&K, expected to start functioning by April next year. He said the university will initially operate from rented accommodation until a permanent campus is set up. CM added that a site at Ompura in Budgam is being considered as a possible temporary campus.
