Sarasota Memorial Hospital ranked among Florida’s best

Newsweek ranked Sarasota Memorial Hospital , No. 6 out of 26 Florida hospitals in its annual “Best-in-State” hospital rankings, which were released Oct. 22.

For the third consecutive year the SMH Sarasota campus was the only hospital in southwest Florida to make the list, which recognized 700 facilities in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
