The Congress and RJD-led Mahagathbandhan launched the poll manifesto for the upcoming Bihar Elections 2025 on Tuesday, October 28. Titled, "Bihar ka Tejashwi Pran", the manifesto outlines the roadmap for the poll as campaigning gears up for a high-stake election.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi skipped the event. Several other Congress members such as Pawan Khera and Deepender Hooda were present at the event.

The INDIA bloc's Chief Minister face for Bihar, RJD leader Tejwashwi Yadav, said that he wanted to see a "Viksit Bihar" and is committed to make Bihar as the No. 1 state in India.
