The widow of a man who was crushed to death when a pop-up urinal he was repairing suddenly dropped on him is suing his employer for over £200,000. Kevin Holding, 60, died after the telescopic toilet outside the Palace Theatre in London's West End "suddenly and without warning dropped and fell onto him" in January 2023.
