When will Sun King, other projects be completed in Westfield?

Several projects, expected to transform downtown Westfield, are progressing.

The Union at Grand Junction Plaza , the city’s first mixed-used development, located on the north side of Grand Junction Plaza, is now open.

Residents have begun moving into the apartments at the development, and several businesses, including Pure Barre, Everbowl, Spark Coffee and Lake City Bank, are now open, according to the City of Westfield. Additional tenants, which include BlackSheep Pizza and Cocktails, Stella’s Ice Cream and Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming are expected to open in the next few months.
