Speaking to reporters, Narzary clarified that no decision on leaving or continuing the NDA alliance has been made yet

The United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL) is expected to take a final call on its alliance with the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) during its Triennial Conference scheduled for December, party General Secretary Raju Kumar Narzary told media today.

Speaking to reporters, Narzary clarified that no decision on leaving or continuing the NDA alliance has been made yet. “As of now, UPPL will continue its alliance with the NDA both at the state and central levels,” he said.

He emphasized that any major decision regarding the alliance will be taken by the party’s Central Working Committee or, if alloted, by the Core Committee.

Currently, the UPPL is focusing on strengthening
