Minutes before Air Force One touched down in South Korea, U.S. President Donald Trump issued a terse missive on social media: “For those that are asking, we didn’t come to South Korea to see Canada!”
Just over 12 hours later, Trump was seated directly across a small dinner table from Prime Minister Mark Carney.
