CINCINNATI (WXIX) - FC Cincinnati submitted its final $332 million plan to build a mixed-use development in the West End.
The Cincinnati City Planning Commission held a public meeting Tuesday evening to review the project.
Currently, the development is advancing to the next phase, an FCC spokesperson said, which is now in the hands of the commission.
Both the planning commission and city council unanimously approve of the proposal.
At the development’s center is two towers at the corner of Central Parkway and Liberty Street next to TQL Stadium. One tower will be apartments and FCC offices, while the other is a hotel with restaurants and retail space.
