After a night of haunting routines as vampires, ghosts and zombies on Halloween Night, "Dancing with the Stars," parted ways with Jen Affleck, who became the sixth star voted off this season.

Halloween Night on Oct. 28 included numerous spooky twists. Actor Elaine Hendrix and dancing pro Alan Bersten didn't participate because she suffered a rib injury that required medical attention during rehearsal. Hendrix was cleared by medical officials to continue on the show and judges scored the couple by watching the pair's rehearsal video in which they danced an Argentine tango.

Another star was injured during rehearsal: Dylan Efron was hurt when dancing partner Daniella Karagach accidentally elbowed him in the face, breaking his nose. The pair powered through and performed a Viennese waltz for
