While we don’t know if the Toronto Blue Jays or Los Angeles Dodgers will be crowned World Series champions this year, we do know one thing: it’ll happen at the Rogers Centre.
By way of the Blue Jays’ 6-2 win over the Dodgers on Tuesday night, the two teams guaranteed that they’ll be heading back to Toronto for at least Game 6 and a possible Game 7.
The series is now effectively a best-of-three: whichever team wins two more games first will be crowned the victor.
And with fans in both markets clamouring to see a bit of history, it’s quite the price point to see the World Series live.
Wednesday’s game in Los Angeles isn’t actually sold out yet, but it’s close enough that we can reckon it will, with a few blocks of tickets available via the Dodgers’ website for US$925, or about C$1,288.
