PROSPECT HEIGHTS — Two women are wanted for stealing over $6,000 in jewelry from a Prospect Heights jewelry store last Wednesday, according to News 12 Brooklyn . Surveillance footage shows the pair browsing at Specific Gravity on Vanderbilt Avenue, wallets in hand. One distracted an employee while the other reached into a display case to remove the jewelry, before both fled on foot. The theft occurred around 5:10 p.m. on Oct. 22, police said.
