STANTON COUNTY, Neb. (KCAU) — The Stanton County Sheriff's Office said that it's very fortunate no one was killed or injured following a pursuit Tuesday night.
According to the Stanton County Sheriff's Office, they were told that a driver, later identified as Kurt Kasik, 57, of Waverly, had crashed into another vehicle on Highway 375 east of Norfolk at around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Kasik fled from the scene into a private drive off.
Officials said that the victim of the crash followed Kasik before being crashed into again. At this time, the driver fled eastbound on Highway 275.
