LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Police are investigating after a smoke shop in southeast Lincoln was robbed Monday night.

Lincoln Police took a report Tuesday of a belated burglary that happened at Smokaha Tobacco near 56th Street and Nebraska Parkway.

The manager told officers a 21-year-old female employee had called him on Monday night saying the store had been robbed.

LPD said surveillance video shows a man with a gun enter the store wearing a black hoodie, black pants, white shoes, gloves and a mask.

Photos posted on Lincoln Crime Stoppers show he pointed the gun at the employee and demanded money, but she reportedly told him she could not access it. Police said he then jumped over the counter, took $375 worth of vapes and left.
